I have tried this with swedish television ant it seems to be working.
Some graphical glitches (like some swedish characters not displayed properly), otherwise no problem.
Any hint on where to update character mappings for swedish teletext?

Take a look in vbilut.h - table lang_chars, but you need to know which language code the swedish teletext uses - it's stored in "page->lang" - see vbidecoder.cpp (the character is converted in function "charConversion")
