Small patch to add carbon headers and framework.
Thanks for that, Mino. (I had a similar patch in
my local tree for a few days, but forgot to commit).
I have committed a patch for HIToolbox/Menus.h
instead of your Carbon/Carbon.h.
(No point including all of Carbon for one symbol,
but it does mean I had to add another compile flag)
