in the classic menu layout this plugin ends up at the top level (along with 
tv, music, video, etc). is this the most appropriate place for it? i would 
have thought that under setup would have been more appropriate.
in any case, thanks for mythcontrols. it was badly needed. and yes, i did know 
i could do the same with mythweb.
