That is exactly what I've been planning to do for a week now, just haven't found time to do anything but setup my new dev box. > similar to the video card setup. You add a emulator just like a new capture device. Specify a Name, working directory, rompath, and a commandline to be called when playing a rom from this path. This way you could have multiple versions of the same emulator by just giving it a different name. This would make it trivial to add new emulators and honestly I don't see a good reason to have the configuration menus.
