Ah gotcha. I might look at that nuvexport when I get a chance. Yeah I'm still going through the "watch recordings" section. I convert to AVI because I need to cut the bitrate down (watching over a noisy wireless network) and the box I'm usually watching from doesn't support the modifed nuv format (so regular mythtranscode doesn't work in that scenario).

Well this works great! Thanks for coding support for this, it has been on my wishlist for a long time now.
