Put the name of your script in there and it'll get called at the appropriate time with the channel number as the first argument.
For the archives: as Isaac said on IRC earlier today, that would entirely disable the internal channel-change code, so the card itself would never change channels, so your script would also have to do the channel changing instead of it getting done internally by Myth.
