Hi Daniel, 
still no luck for me with your patch. I'm using DVB-t in Germany with
kernel 2.6.12 on debian 64bit (b2c2_flexcop_pci (the former skystar2
module)). I've executed configure again with your patch v33, then make
distclean and make but there's still no livetv here, the screen stays
black.
mythbackend -v all shows millions messages like this:
2005-06-27 18:49:18.761 write -> 14 277     BACKEND_MESSAGE[]:[]SIGNAL
1[]:[]Signal Lock[]:[]slock 0 1 0 1 30...
2005-06-27 18:49:18.816 write -> 14 277     BACKEND_MESSAGE[]:[]SIGNAL

mythfrontend --version
