I don't see how he says he is "repeatedly" hitting the keys but rather simply changing channels using the appropriate keys. If changing channels is considered stupid here, then I think there is a problem. His suggestion, on the other hand, is valid but perhaps not worthy of a ticket. It would be more efficient for the OSD not to display the current channel information when changing channels but rather simply change and display the new information.
