It's not that bad, but if you have a lot of them (I have 24k of
entries in my DB at the moment, and yes there are people out there
with a heck of a lot more of them) then that can lead to a lot.
You don't HAVE to prompt the user for anything in order to only remove
roms that no longer exist. If want to a simple "yes, no, yes to all, no
to all" prompt like mythvideo does it solves the problem for people with
thousands of ROMs.
