The problem here is because as I mentioned when I submitted the patch the
file names must follow the pattern on "name.#.ext". If you renamed those files to "Flashback Disk.1.adf" "Flashback Disk.2.adf" etc it should detect them. I might make it a little smarter at some later date, but this works fine for
now.

From the commit message -

Added detection of multidisk games. Currently filenames much match the
name.disk#.ext format. For example, Mahjong.1.adf, Mahjong.2.adf, etc/
