I was thinking of the inevitable next feature request concerning soft times. That is, "well, if you can't honor all of the padding, at least honor some of it." IOW, recendts = endts + endoffset + F * magictime, where 0 <= F <= 1 and can change from one pass to another. > to record the until 9:15.
