I've mostly got DVB radio working. Someone else had already written the
DVB radio record, which seems to work very well. I've just been working on
the playback.

At the moment it works pretty well, except for seeking which is
completely broken. And changing between radio channels in 'live tv' takes
even longer than tv channels.

I've stopped working on it though because it's against 18.1 and I can see
there's been lots of changes. I'm waiting for the DVB code in svn to
stabilise before I upgrade and finish it off.
