I made this simple php frontend to mythgallery a while ago. Just added a config file and translated the main page to english (most of it is still in swedish).
If anyone is interested i can fix it up a bit and send it in. You need php gdlib installed and i dont think it looks that good in IE since i use display:fixed on the menus.
