I guess I just assumed that it was part of the base apache install
for every distro.
Apparently not in Koppix/KnoppMyth. And there does not appear to be a
.deb for it either, at least from the sources I am using. I guess I'll
comile it from scratch. Might want to put something in the README
about KnoppMyth (R5A16 anyway).
Scratch that. It is there, just not where I was originally looking. For
the archives, add:
LoadModule env_module /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_env.so
to /etc/apache/httpd.conf for Knoppix/KnoppMyth to make it work.
