It supports multiple-audio streams better now (Paul's example passes
the validator).  It also should fix the problem Cory had (apparently
the last frame is just a partial, which confused the tool).

If anyone wants to give it further testing, that'd be great.

I've got another stream that I suspect is somewhat hosed. Having not really played with the previous one much, I'm not quite sure that this is correct. Opening misc_family_and_airmotor.nuv

Seems reasonable, but I've got over 23,000 of these throughout a 2-hour clip. This indicates a manipulation of the PTS, not necessarily inserted frames, right?
