I don't think you understand. The video file from the encoder card marks
whether the fields are in order or out of order. If you make them in
order, and then display the frame at the PAL/NTSC frame rate, any sane
driver will display the odd fields and even fields in the correct order.
I very much doubt that I can set the refresh rate of my video card to 25Hz.
It's certainly not for lack of trying. Even if that would work I'm
sceptical about
the tv-out chip keeping in synch with the card refresh. At any other
refresh
than 50Hz they seem pretty independent.
