I updated to SVN 7738 this weekend and now transcode is broken. The
issue is that a transcode from MPEG2 to MPEG-4 gets larger rather
than smaller. Here's output from my backend:

I added some extra output in case your wondering about the "Set
output video/audio codec" lines. I can't find any trac tickets
indicating transcode had a problem like this, what am I missing?
