This is fixed by svn rev 7837. I didn't notice because I'm pinned to
like 7738. Anyone experiencing segfaults may want to svn update -rHEAD
mythtv/libs/libavcodec/i386/mpegvideo_mmx_template.c to see if it fixes
their problem.
