Thanks, but this is not very useful.  It appears to be a GOP level
clipping program.  It is not frame accurate.  Feel free to port it to
linux, but gopchop already does a lot of what this seems to do.  The
goals of the mpeg2fix (what will be mythtranscode) are different, in
that it is being designed to (a) turn a non-compliant stream into a
compliant one (to some extent), and (b) do frame-accurate cutting.

Everyone needs to scratch their own itch.  Mine is mostly related to
playing all of my broken streams on my RokuHD, and the cutting code is
just a reasonably minor addition to make everyone else happy.
