cat cnv0.yuv.enc cnv0.yuv.enc cnv0.yuv.enc > cnv0.m2v
ffplay cnv0.m2v
(mplayer may work as well).  This isn't gauranteed to work, but should
in most cases.  In 0.12 I'll include a decoded yuv of the output as
well.

Just to be clear:
the cnv0.yuv is the frame that is being re-encoded.  the cnv0.yuv.enc
is the re-encoded-frame (it'll be an 'I' frame with a sequence
header).
