Oops. In my defense this wasn't written to be a general PES packet
parser, it was written to handle just ATSC PSIP tables which have
additional constraints on the PES packet, and then got extended to
handle DVB tables without the aid of the relevant standards documents.
The reason I'm thinking this is a Myth issue, rather than a card issue is it

This fixes the issue with CRCs on Astra-28.2 for me. I think it should be
possible to rip out the "CRC faulty" card stuff now :)
