Can you create a ticket for this and attach the following:
1/ the output of "mythtv-setup -v channel,siparser" from the scan
2/ the output of "mythbackend -v channel,siparser,record" when
tuning to the problem channel.
Assign the ticket to "danielk".
The scan shouldn't be adding channels it can't tune to, but it
is possible because we haven't merged our two mpeg parsers yet.
