anything after 7676 uses heaps of CPU due to opengl avsync. I went through the same tests a few days ago.For kicks I just tried installing the nVidia 8178 driver set. Result was HORRIBLE stuttering. Went back to the nVidia 7676 driver set, and the stuttering is 99% gone.
