yes
This is not happening for me. When I change the timestretch it switches
to 2 channel PCM audio.
I put the patch on a recent version of SVN (from Jan 2 -- I don't know
the exact version #), and I'm using ALSA on kernel 2.6.14.5.
And I have MaxChannels set to 6.
