[mythtv] Guide request - only show available channels

I have several sources setup with 4 capture cards and unfortunately not all channels are available on all cards. What I find to be a hassle is pulling up the guide and not knowing what channels I can select (ie channels available on capturecards not in use). It would be extremely nice to have a shortcut to reduce the guide to ONLY show channels available on capturecards not in use. Or rather, what would be nicer is to change the menu such that:   "Program Guide" "Picture-in-Picture" "Previous Channel" ...   Would instead be:   "Program Guide" à "All Channels"                              "Favorite Channels"                              "Available Channels"                              ... more types, like movies? "Picture-in-Picture" "Previous Channel" ...   The default for selecting "Program Guide" wouldn't change, however, the right arrow key would be tied to the sub menu.   - Mark.
