Thanks for the advice - that's why I asked whether it was appropriate to send to -dev. When you mention the "Instant Recording" feature, are you talking about the feature that let you press 'R' while watching Live TV to record? As I mentioned earlier in this thread, that feature is somewhat similar to what I'm talking about, but not the same thing. I guess if I want this bad enough I'll be sitting down with the code soon.
