Hello:
When I capture a test.mpg and try to play it on my tv-out with mplayer, I get very strange behavior. The media window flickers on and off, or so it seems (I can alternately see the video, and then it seems as if the video is becoming hidden because I can see the mplayer terminal window output, rinse/repeat). If I play this same video on my normal monitor, I can see it just fine. I also downloaded a different .mpg and repeated, and observed the same behavior.
Also, another symptom (of the same problem, I assume) is that from within MythTV, I get a black screen when I choose "Watch TV"-- with either my monitor or TV-OUT.
I allready ensured that I have a valid tuner setting.
Has anyone seen this issue, or does anyone know what might be going wrong? Any/all help is much appreciated...
