I would guess that this means that either 1) you dont have ivtvdev_drv.o installed in the X11r6 tree properly 2) You do but its the one that gets built by atrpms which is broken.
I would copy an ivtvdev_drv.o from an rc2 packaging of ivtv assuming that you are using an rc2 version of ivtv. If you are using an older version of ivtv then you will need an older version ( I dont have a link to hand but search for badzzz throught the archives and you should find it).
