My first disk is 200G and the second disk is 200G. The first is full with recordings (although a lot will expire). I need to have 200+200G available for recordings, so I can't just mount the second disk over the first disks recordings directory.
Why mount the new disk on another mount point, move the biggest, oldest files that you don't anticipate deleteing any time soon into the new directory and make symlinks for each moved file.
