Drew, it all depends on which configuration you are running. You ask for an opinion, why would they all have to be the same? It's not one-size-fits-all... For my configuration and use, this case is ideal.
That said, have a look at Overclockulator (google it). It'll help you calculate the power needed for your config. A quick calculation of what your config would be, gives me +323W... so it might not be sufficient. As James said, it's not a standard sized PSU so don't know if you can easily replace it by another.
