The 350 is fairly restrictive as to your display options. I know you can't play games (like through mythgame) on the 350.
The 5200 has no such restrictions.
The display looks beautiful, but to me it's not worth the trade-offs.

Based from your reply, it looks like that the PVR-250 + Nvidia FX5200 combination is the best route to go ;)
