I've installed the ALSA drivers, but i believe it uses the ALSA/OSS emulation. I used Jarod's guide with 0.16 release verion. Can i use the cvs over my installed version, or do i've to wait until a new release

I believe that the release version of MythTV can't control volume when using ALSA but this is fixed in the CVS version with new mixer code.
