I got this remote for christmas and have followed Jarod's guide to have it replace my grey pvr350 remote. I managed to get most of it working. I can control my tivo and used the vcr button with the 0081 code to transmit to my pvr350 receiver. Lately, every once in a while mythfrontend crashes and my wife complains so i figured I would try and set up that power button in Jarods guide that kills the frontend and then restarts it. I followed the instructions and made the script executable with [EMAIL PROTECTED] bin]# chmod +x /usr/local/bin/mythpowerbutton.sh and then logged out and logged back in and then pressed the POWER button in the vcr mode and it didn't do anything.
Using irw shows the following for the POWER button: [EMAIL PROTECTED] bin]$ irw 000000000000114c 00 POWER rs15-2116-vcr0081 000000000000114c 01 POWER rs15-2116-vcr0081 000000000000114c 02 POWER rs15-2116-vcr0081 000000000000114c 03 POWER rs15-2116-vcr0081 Anyone have insight into how I can resolved this or what I might be doing wrong?? thanks, Evan
