Well, that didn't seem to do much. It did change the amount that things were off by, but the gap still grows as you get deeper into the file. Only mythtranscode and mplayer get things synced.

Using a PVR-250, I had the same audio sync issues (original .nuv ok
until mplexed etc) until I changed the mpeg stream type to "DVD
Special 2" in the recording profiles setup.
