9.2 working fine here with Oystein's rpm's, available with apt from here: http://folk.uio.no/oeysteio/apt/suse/
The only problem I had was trying to rebuild the mythtv rpm with XvMC support, for some reason it would not see libXvMCNVIDIA.a, which was in the place it was looking for it. I had to bodge the spec file so it was no longer required. Once I had the packages built, when I tried to install them, it complained that there was no libXvMCNVIDIA_dynamic.so (which was also where it was looking for it). I had to force the packages to install, which then gave errors for apt/synaptic about libXvMCNVIDIA_dynamic.so so I put a fake-provides line in apt.conf.d? file which stopped it from moaning.
