Yes, either in jewel boxes (like CDs) or in one of those wallets that hold a
couple hundred or so discs each.  (I started out putting everything in jewel
boxes, but wallets are more space-efficient.  I think the cost of wallets
might be a bit lower, too, but I'm not 100% sure on that.)

I was under the impression that most of the jukebox-type changers on the
market (1) don't connect to your computer, so you'll be playing from the
built-in DVD player and (2) are somewhat unreliable--prone to jamming, not
putting discs where they belong, etc.
