I've got the same problem.  That's the price you pay for using the
pvr-350 tv-out.  I don't believe there is anyway around it.  If there

Last time I checked, I had the same problem with my nVidia tv-out on a Athlon 2000. I rarely use it so I didn't bother troubleshooting.
