I had a problem with my PVR-250 overheating. It caused vertical banding
in the picture. Added a small fan to blow on the PCI cards, and all is
well now.

Same thing. Bad picture, wavy and bad. This card was good not too
long ago. Like 3 weeks ago it was working fine. I even took the
computer to where the cable enters my house, thinking perhaps loss of
signal. Nope same issues. Is there anything i can do? Do i
basically have to buy a new card? Please tell me no. Hehe.
