Does commercial flagging not survive the transcoding process?
I am capturing on a pvr-250 and transcoding to MPEG4, but while commercial flagging seems to work on the pre-transcoded MPEG2 file, it does not work on the post-transcoded MPEG4 file. Is this information lost in the transcoding?

IIRC, you need to load the commercial flagpoints into the cutlist before you transcode. I could be wrong, though.
