I am also experiencing the same problem.
The backend gives me this error:
2005-01-30 22:47:35.395 DVB#0 ERROR - No PIDS set, please correct your channel setup.
2005-01-30 22:47:36.410 DVB#0 WARNING - No data from card in 1 second.
All i did was upgrade to the latest CVS. Last cvs version I was using was about a month old.

Also when I record something now, I cannot playback these recordings with mythfrontend. xine or mplayer play them just fine. All old recordings still work perfectly .... I habe not changed any recording profiles ... What is going on ?? Why does mythfrontend not recognise it's own recordings anymore ?
