I'm sorry that the problem happens by my patch.
No biggie.
I think, this problem can be solved by three methods. 1. iconv by php 2. mb_convert_encoding by php 3. mod_encoding by apache Is iconv more general than mb_convert_string? What do you think about it?
Well, my current solution will fix it for now. I really don't know about these things -- just seem to see more references for iconv in my short time browsing for such things.
