I don't want this thread to hijack the techie talk, but figured I'd at least answer this. If this thread is going to go any further I'd prefer answering questions privately. Multiply is a social network management system. It can be used like Friendster but does a lot more. The primary objective is to keep in touch with the friends that you already have. But it also has groups so that people who aren't friends but share a common interest can share photographs, journal entries, links, recipes, wanted/for sale, etc. and this sometimes helps to develop new friendships. I was on Friendster, Orkut, Myspace, etc. but find all of them lacking heavily in several key areas. Multiply seems to have a much more polished interface and more of the key features I'm looking for so I spend more of my time there than all of the other social networking tools combined.
