It should be saving the file "folder_large.jpg" directly into your music folders, e.g.: /myth_media/music/Artist_Name/Album_Name/folder_large.jpg I assume php isn't throughing up loads of warnings, so permissions must be right & directories must exist. To check: next to each thumbnail it should print out the Directory where it is saving the image. Is this directory accessable (and writable) to apache on your webserver/mythbox?
