You can run all commercial flagging on one box, and possibly transcoding,
but I don't know if Geoffrey has fully tested that.  The commercial flagging
can run on any box that can talk to the backend, it does not have to have
direct access to the files.  The transcoder does have to have access to
the files, so that is why it might or might not run on a box (depending on
whether that box can access your recordings directory).  The transcoder
needs to write out a new file and it does that directly rather than through
the backend, so running the transcoder on anything but the server that did
the original recording isn't something that was part of the original
design of the transcoder.  It might work and it might not.  If Geoffrey
sees this, he would know better than I would.
