Not sure what significance this might have.

Obviously, the biggest issue. You have nothing matching this in your
dmesg.
Since msp3400 is what causes most sound issues I believe this is where
your
problem is.

Not sure of the impact of this. I searched out the recommended firmware
because that's what it was tested with.

Not sure of the impact of these either.

This issue is relating to the IVTV driver and msp3400 you might get
better
support by using their mailing list as opposed to MythTV
