I see in the changelog that there is some limited support for firewire connection to DCT-6200 tuners. I was hoping to hear a little more about how this works, and if this is going in the direction of full control of the box (at least full enough to do channel changes and such). Will it also grab HD channels?
I just yanked my DCT-6200 last night to install Myth on the family TV and while I'm loving it, my wife (of course) immediately points out that on analog cable we now have 1/3 the channels we had the day before, no premiums, and no HD. Husbands can never win. ;-) So I'd love to hear more about where this functionality is, where it is going, who's working on it, etc. Thanks!
