And just how would an entry in the database indicating the start of a
commercial block cause video artifacts during high motion scenes? 
Video defect post skip, might indicate that the coimmflagger wasn't
correctly identifying the correct frame to skip too, but the mere
presence of commflag information in the database cannot impact the
quality of your display.
