Is this similar to DVB_EIT in settings.pro? If so, EPG is a bit screwed up. If I recall correctly, I had an impression that my Air2PC card is a digital card. From the website, it says, it's a digital card. I'm only getting 40-45% of program data, remaining 60% is labeled Unknown in Program Guide within mythfrontend. I don't know now where the problem is coming from, Air2PC, dvb drivers or mythtv. :D

So I chose zap2it to populate my program guide which it, http://restricted.dyndns.org/programguide.jpg but don't every try switching to zap2it with only air2pc card like what I have in my setup. You won't be able to watch any thing. You will however get a nice looking program guide though. :D

Both piece, I'm thinking are still in pre-beta stage.

So currently, I'm using Manual recording just like how we use to schedule programs in VHS players.

Just my 2 cents.

I'm very pleased about the new 0.17, especially the DVB-integration is really nice. But i dont know how to get the dvb-epg-data into mythtv. I've checked every "get EPG over DVB" (or what its called in english) in the channel setup. But i dont know what to do now, as there is still no programdata in the mythtv-epg. Till now ive used tv_grab_dvb and a small script, that id to call manually - replacing this would quite nice. The changelog sais "Works for UK DVB-T, and in North America.", so perhaps someone knows if it works for german DVB-T (Berlin).

Hi,

I'm also from germany and I've got the integrated EPG working. Until EPG is fixed by the devs you could try to comment out one if statment in libs/libmythtv/siparser.cpp. It is marked with my name (Kristian Kalweit). Just comment out the whole statment. Maybe this is also working for you, because I use DVB-S Astra.

Kristian.
