Ok, see, now, and I thought *I* was geeky. Ours is running fine too, modulo a slight audio alignment problem in MPEG-2 -> MPEG-4 transcoding. Captain Murdoch seems to think he's found that problem, so if you transcode that way as well and are having audio sync problems, I'll let you know tonight if that patch fixes them.
