Excellent! Thanks for the response.

Is using your system truly a seemless experience when you switch between analog and HDTV sources? I'm fearful that building such a system, though possible, will always require fiddling depending on what source I'm using.

I just want to sit down and channel surf and pause and record and playback without the need to think "OK. I'm recording analog channel 7 while watching HDTV channel 8. So, I need to enable this and turn off this...".
Thanks, J

The first card that is defined in my setup is the PVR-250, so when I hit Watch Live TV in Myth, I will start watching TV on one of my analog cable channels. When I want to watch from the air2pc or HD3K, I hit a button on my remote Ive got mapped to Y which swtiches inputs. Unfortunately, you cant just change between card as easy as just surfing channels. When you want to watch something from your HD card, you have to switch that card, you cant be watch analog cable from the PVR-250, enter a channel # for a HDTV channel from the HD cap card, and it automatically change cards and channels. If your currently recording on one card, you wont be able to access it. So say you were recording the Daily Show from analog cable on your PVR-250 card and you just got home, you hit Watch Live TV, you will be watching TV with the HD capture card automatically. Hope this make some sense. Theres nothing you have to enable or disable or be aware of....if a tuner is recording, you wont be able to use it to watch Live TV. It switches seamlessly when you hit Y, a few seconds pause to change inputs and start the buffer, and your watching TV on the next card.
